Maker:  Wagstaff & Brunt  Longton

Description:  This is a pottery bi-centenary tankard shaped mug for Rev. John Wesley. There are two excellent sepia transfers, strong informative commemoration, and bright gilding, which has the slightest wear on the handle. 

Size:  Rim diameter  7.5cms.  height 8.5cms

Condition :  Apart from an old crack to the base of the handle, very good.

 Description: This is a limited edition bone china  lion head beaker to commemorate the historic visit of Pope John Paul II to Great Britain in 1982. The use of red, green and gold make this a very distinctive piece.
